Erin Silver is an acupuncturist and herbalist licensed at both the national and California state levels. With more than 10 years of experience as an acupuncturist in the field of integrative healthcare, she has spent her career working alongside physicians in specialties ranging from gynecology to pain management to oncology.
Her practice incorporates her knowledge of biomedicine with her expertise in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help her patients heal and achieve complete wellness. At Life Point Acupuncture, she focuses her practice on musculoskeletal pain, infertility/IVF, menstrual disorders (PCOS, PMS), menopause, stress, anxiety, digestive disorders, and allergies.
Erin’s desire to practice medicine began at an early age. As a high school athlete and dancer, she hoped to find a way to help people overcome injuries and illnesses to live healthy, active lives. She was valedictorian of her high school class, graduated Magna Cum Laude from Colgate University with a degree in Neuroscience, and graduated with Summa Cum Laude honors from Pacific College of Health Sciences, where she received her Masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine. She continued her education with a training program at West China Hospital in Chengdu, China where she sharpened her skills under the tutelage of experts in the field.
Outside of the clinic, Erin is a frequent guest lecturer at Soka University and serves on the PTA at Eastshore Elementary and the Education Committee at Congregation Shir Ha-Ma’alot. She lives in Irvine with her husband and two daughters.
Erin is thrilled to be a part of the team at Life Point and is looking forward to helping you achieve your health and wellness goals!
